3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on Taya Slot. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Taya Slot processes all deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

  • Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour during banking hours

Withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
  • Players must have completed identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed
  • Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM PHT are typically processed the same day
  • GCash and Maya withdrawals generally clear within 1 hour of processing
  • Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day

Taya Slot reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Taya Slot account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions and bonuses offered by Taya Slot are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

  • Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address.
  • Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (stated on each promotion) before any winnings generated from them become withdrawable. The default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
  • Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits expire if not used within the period stated on the relevant promotion (typically 14 days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
  • Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some promotions cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus credits. This cap will be clearly stated on the promotion.
  • Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed on individual promotion pages. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate.
  • Abuse: Taya Slot reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has attempted to abuse the promotion system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of technical errors.

Claiming a bonus is always optional at Taya Slot. If you wish to deposit and play without bonus conditions attached to your funds, simply decline the bonus at the time of your deposit. Bonus conditions cannot be removed once a bonus has been credited to your account.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on Taya Slot operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. 10. Limitation of Liability

11. Disputes & Complaints

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through Taya Slot's internal complaints process.
